Marc has been studying law, criminology and economics and has developed over the years a special interest in family businesses.
He is a skilled attorney with a specific interest in business law, corporations and mergers & acquisitions.
The problem-solving capacity of an attorney is central to his actions. Avoiding litigation and using alternatives for classic disputes are key points for Marc (arbitration, negotiations, collaborative negotiations and mediation).
Marc is active on a number of advisory boards and boards of directors with a focus on family firms.
He loves his involvement with ‘vzw De Vier Notelaars’, a home for people with a disability. He is a director as well at the ‘Universiteit van Vlaanderen vzw’.
Marc likes to spend time with his family, including 4 grandchildren.
In his sparetime he is an accomplished golfer and an avid reader.
