Marc Boudewijns studied law at Antwerp University and has been registered as an attorney with the Antwerp Bar in 1977. As from 2003 he has been a major member of the Vobis team. Thanks to his years of experience, the law of obligations and business law hold no secrets for him. He has a great deal of experience in the winding up of commercial disputes, through litigation before the traditional courts, and through mediation and arbitration.
Distribution law, the law relating to associations and sports law have Marc’s special interest.
Since its start in 1998 Marc has been an active Board member of Jumping Mechelen. He passionately advises riders, owners, equestrian associations and federations.
